Biz Nanny is built on the belief that artists deserve infrastructure that protects, values, and empowers them.

I began my career in Los Angeles — working with Falling Whistles, a nonprofit supporting Congolese visionaries, where I helped build a 100+ event tour across the US — and then in the music industry, where I learned early that creativity without equitable infrastructure can't sustain itself.

So I ventured out on my own and spent 8.5 years in Amsterdam, building Biz Nanny, my practice as a Creative Operations Lead and Project Manager for artists, entrepreneurs, and startups across music, film, design, and live events — from TEDxAmsterdam to Red Bull at Formula 1 Miami.

I built systems for creatives and learned how to navigate different markets, different cultures, different ways of working. Bringing together the purpose-driven work I started in LA, the operational expertise I developed in Europe, and a global network that spans both sides of the Atlantic.

I split my time between the US and Amsterdam, and I'm available for remote, hybrid, and on-site work in both markets.
